Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Technician/Tutor to work with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a PreK-Elementary setting. As a Student Support Instructor (SSI), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized academic and behavior programs, providing instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and supporting students' social skills and daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students to implement personalized academic and behavior plans
- Provide instruction using ABA principles, including discrete trial instruction, task analysis, and naturalistic teaching techniques
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed
- Implement student-specific behavior plans to decrease challenging behaviors and increase functional behaviors
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Classroom experience and ABA experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
