To work on the WebSphere portal project currently supported with 7.x & 8.x version for the application

Deployment of the application into Cloud using GCP

To identify and implement value adds and improvement opportunities to bring IT / Business benefits
4
Need to have comprehensive understanding of application maintenance and enhancements within commercial Insurance and provide support by working with multiple stakeholders
5
To support Application maintenance activities including Incidents, Defects and non-ticketing items (Batch monitoring, Operations Support, Onsite coordination etc)
6
Need to Handle Customer Communications and Management Reporting
