This is a true full-desk role (business development + full cycle recruiting) built for someone who sees themselves as a salesperson first. You’ll join a team operating in

• Run a full 360 desk (business development + candidate recruitment)
• Win new business and expand accounts with enterprise-level stakeholders
• Build and grow MSAs through strategic placements and account development
• Own a defined niche, go deep and become the market expert

• 4+ years of 360 technology recruiting experience
• Track record of business development success (true hunter mentality)

• Up to $120K base, depending on experience
