Job Overview:
- Competitive salary: $18.00 starting base pay rate, with potential for shift, skill, and team lead pay differentials
- Remote work option not available, onsite position required
- Immediate start date available
- Full-time overnight position: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory counts and update computer systems to ensure accurate quantity on hand
- Utilize inventory control reports to maintain inventory records and resolve discrepancies
- Act as a liaison between departments to support order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries
- Investigate and resolve inventory exceptions, customer complaints, and shipment errors
- Pick and package products for orders and supplier returns, ensuring high-quality standards
- Analyze physical inventory records and confer with team members to resolve reported discrepancies
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills, with experience in WM software (Manhattan and KiSoft) preferred
- Previous cycle count or exceptions experience highly preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
