About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop follow-up learning materials that complement existing in-person programs.
• Determine the most effective modalities for delivery, such as microlearning, job aids, quick reference guides (QRGs), or social learning assets.
• Create bite-sized, on-demand learning experiences and performance support tools using existing frameworks from in-person courses.
• Develop a custom GPT to support learning through interactive feedback and story-based scenarios.
• Design and implement email campaigns and peer-to-peer learning opportunities to sustain engagement.
• Provide creative input and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
• Proven instructional design experience, ideally developing training for managers or leadership audiences.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in learning, including GPT-based tools.
• Expertise in developing performance support and microlearning assets.
• Experience creating communication and reinforcement campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a consultative approach.
• Ability to recommend effective learning modalities based on objectives and audience needs.
