**Job Summary**
As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring the accurate transmission of processed data to clients. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and uploading documents to our database
* Make outbound calls to doctor's offices to verify information and resolve issues
* Process claims, including reviewing and verifying data, and ensuring accurate transmission to clients
* Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
* Sort, image, and archive documents, files, and records by form type
* Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
* Classify documents based on contract requirements
* Verify data from automated data extraction tools
* Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
**Position Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalency
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
* Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
* Must be able to pass a typing test
* Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
* Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
* Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
* Strong Data Entry skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
