While we started as a growth marketing agency, we have evolved into a specialized HubSpot CRM consulting firm that delivers strategy, complex implementations, and system integrations that drive measurable results. Our work includes CRM architecture, automation, data strategy, and team enablement, all tailored for industrial clients with complex needs. We are growing quickly and looking for a HubSpot Project Manager to be a strategic project leader that can build, develop, and empower HubSpot teams. A good portion of your time will be spent organizing HubSpot-centric projects. You will be responsible for keeping projects on time and on budget, organizing team workloads, and with quality assurance of the work our team completes.
As our HubSpot Project Manager, you’ll ensure our client projects are delivered with excellence, on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals. You’ll own the planning and coordination of HubSpot engagements, working across teams to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to every phase of delivery. This role is unique as it gives you the opportunity to equally split your time managing projects and also tactically execute on implementations and optimizations for clients.
You will act as the hub of communication between clients and the HubSpot delivery team. This is a client-facing role that requires critical thinking, strategic foresight, and deep knowledge of the HubSpot platform.

While we have an office in downtown Grand Haven that we love, our team is distributed and works remotely (you are welcome to visit the office anytime). There's no weekly "in the office" quota to meet — we work to get work done, however that works for you.
Regular team meet-ups. Since the Evenbound team is primarily remote, we work hard to schedule team meet-up opportunities when we can. From camping to ski trips to industry conferences, we believe that hanging out in person makes our team stronger, helping to build real relationships in a virtual world.
