We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM & RevOps consultant to lead a full CRM optimization project covering foundation cleanup, lifecycle design, automation, and reporting.
This project includes auditing and cleaning existing HubSpot data (50K contacts approx), defining ICP (we have this ready) and segmentation, standardizing lifecycle stages and pipelines, and implementing scalable workflows for lead routing, SLAs, scoring, and hygiene. You’ll also design governance rules, permissions, and reporting dashboards to support long-term growth and Sales/Marketing alignment.

HubSpot property, data, and lifecycle audit
ICP definition, scoring models, and segmentation
Lifecycle, pipeline, and MQL→SQL handoff standardization
Lead routing, SLA enforcement, and workflow automation
Data governance, permissions, and naming conventions
Funnel, attribution, and sales performance reporting
Training, documentation, and rollout support
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience implementing HubSpot at scale
Strong RevOps, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops background
Deep knowledge of HubSpot workflows, scoring, and reporting
Able to design clean, scalable systems (not just tactical fixes)
