Role Description
BJC's Central Staffing Office (CSO) is searching for a RN Staffing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will:
• Assist in staffing all of our hospitals with our regional float pool staff.
• Assist with onboarding.
• Attend daily meetings.
• Carry out various office responsibilities/system initiatives.
To be successful, the coordinator must:
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner.
• Be a self-starter.
• Be motivated and highly organized.
• Have attention to detail.
• Be competent with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
• 2+ years nursing experience.
Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• RN License.
Preferred Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 5-10 years of experience.
• Less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
