Role Description
This is a non-clinical healthcare role that is well suited for college students who want meaningful work, flexible hours, and real exposure to healthcare operations.
• Conduct outbound phone calls with patients to collect detailed injury and medical histories
• Listen carefully and document information accurately using provided templates and systems
• Review existing medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency
• Clean up and standardize medical information so it meets quality standards
• Ensure patient histories are complete, consistent, and easy for physicians to understand
• Review your work for accuracy before submission
• Follow defined workflows and work expectations
• Work closely with the operations team to continuously improve quality
Qualifications
• Are looking for a part-time role around 20 hours per week (e.g., college student)
• Enjoy focused, detail-oriented work
• Are comfortable speaking with patients for extended conversations
• Can remain calm and professional during difficult or sensitive discussions
• Are reliable and able to manage your time independently
• Follow structured processes carefully
• Are interested in healthcare exposure, especially if you are premed, public health, nursing, or exploring healthcare careers
Requirements
• Previous experience in medical scribing or administrative healthcare roles (nice to have but not required)
• Strong interest in healthcare or medicine (nice to have but not required)
• Comfort learning new software and tools (nice to have but not required)

• Part-time and full-time options available, ideally have at least 20 hours per week available
