Job Title : Healthcare Services Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced healthcare leader to manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high‑quality, coordinated care across the continuum. What You’ll Do
• Lead teams across areas such as care management, utilization management, care transitions, behavioral health, LTSS, and other specialized programs
• Ensure integrated, proactive care delivery that aligns with regulatory standards and organizational clinical models
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, productivity, and service levels to support a positive member experience
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining high performance and quality standards
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care team (ICT) meetings and support cross‑department collaboration
• Conduct quality audits, review outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and cost‑effectiveness
• Build strong relationships with providers, partners, and internal teams to support seamless care delivery
• Prepare and report on utilization metrics, population management outcomes, and productivity indicators
• Travel may be required depending on program needs
What You Bring
• 7+ years of healthcare experience, including 3+ years in managed care (UM, CM, BH, LTSS, etc.)
• At least 1 year of healthcare leadership or management experience
• Active clinical license if required by state or program (RN, LVN/LPN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMSW, etc.)
• Strong understanding of state, federal, and third‑party regulations
• Knowledge of community resources and experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related platforms
Preferred Qualifications
• Active RN license
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCM, CPHM, CPHQ)
• Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare populations
• Clinical background in a healthcare setting
