About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Product team in Carlsbad, working on one of our flagship mobile games. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving business decisions, analyzing game metrics, and informing product strategies. Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Product Manager in developing and managing games
- Conduct feature analysis using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to drive business decisions
- Analyze data, build automated reports, and work with the analytics team to optimize game metrics
- Validate business intelligence calls and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in managing in-game economy, sales, push notifications, seasonal content, and user acquisition
- Evaluate industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product roadmaps
- Design A/B test experiments and forecast KPI improvements
- Communicate insights and recommendations to team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the mobile games industry
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business, or related fields
