Minimum of an Associate s degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, OR 7 years of combined higher education and/or work experience including 5 years in systems analysis/app dev
Proficiency with application development platforms and project management tools
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication; experience presenting to diverse audiences
Ability to multitask and manage complex projects
Experience in recommending and implementing technical solutions
Advanced understanding of integrated applications
Experience working independently and as part of a team
Action-oriented and proactive mindset
Banking industry experience preferred
