Position Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Strategist to lead client growth across paid media, email marketing, and creative strategy. This role owns the full customer journey - from acquisition to retention - ensuring every channel works in harmony to drive sustainable revenue growth.
You’ll be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for clients, combining performance marketing expertise with data-driven insights. Your work will span paid media strategy, email marketing, and creative direction - all with a focus on client success and measurable business outcomes.
This is a client-facing role that blends analytical thinking with creative vision and leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & Success
• Act as the main strategic partner for assigned clients, responsible for growth performance and relationship management.
• Lead onboarding, goal-setting, and ongoing success check-ins to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Translate performance data into actionable strategies across paid and email channels
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, upsell, and innovation in client accounts.
• Deliver clear, confident communication that helps clients understand the “why” behind every decision.
Paid Media & Creative Strategy
• Develop and execute full-funnel advertising strategies across Primary: Meta and Secondary: Google
• Manage campaign setup, optimization, and scaling against client KPIs.
• Create data-backed creative strategies that translate insights into compelling ad concepts.
• Write creative briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators to ensure performance-oriented output.Continuously analyze ad performance to identify winning creative patterns and new testing opportunities.
Email Marketing
• Own the strategy for email and SMS marketing, including list segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization.
• Develop flows and campaigns that improve customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure cohesive messaging that complements paid campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per send) to inform testing and iteration.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Review performance across all channels to identify insights and growth opportunities.Create clear monthly reports that connect metrics to actions, creative learnings, and next steps.
• Maintain a central repository of performance data, test results, and creative learnings for cross-team use.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce growth, paid social (Meta required), and email marketing (Klaviyo).Proven track record managing full-funnel growth strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of creative performance drivers (hooks, messaging angles, audience psychology).
• Proficiency in analyzing key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, LTV, MER, ROAS, Open Rate, CVR, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both for clients and internal collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate across creative, media, and retention teams.
