The Claremont Institute is seeking a Graphic Designer to support their communications, marketing, and fundraising efforts. The role involves creating visual assets and materials to strengthen the organization's brand and expand its reach.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent brand visual guide to inform and influence all assets and materials for The Claremont Institute
- Produce content for The Claremont Institute websites, social media accounts, email marketing, and fundraising materials
- Create program materials for all Claremont events, including agendas/programs, flyers, and more
- Create or update existing digital and print collateral for various departments, including brochures, one-pagers, and more
- Leverage graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Collaborate with members of Claremont’s communications team to transform concepts into compelling designs and digital content
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
- Aligned with The Claremont Institute's core values and mission statement
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite products and Figma
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external organizations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
