We’re looking for a Growth Graphic Designer to help scale our impact through high-performing visuals that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
As our Growth Graphic Designer, you will:
- Design for Growth → Create high-impact visuals for paid ads, landing pages, and other growth initiatives that drive conversions and optimize performance.
- Data-Driven Execution → Analyze creative performance, iterate on designs, and A/B test to improve results.
- Rapid Experimentation → Develop multiple creative variations, test quickly, and refine based on data insights.
- Stay Ahead of Trends → Keep up with platform changes, emerging design trends, and best practices to maximize engagement.
Cross-Team Collaboration → Work closely with both the creative and marketing teams to execute fast-moving campaigns.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a growth, performance marketing, or direct-response environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere + After Effects a plus).
- Experience creating ad creatives for Meta,TikTok, Google, and other paid media platforms.
- Understanding of direct response marketing, including CTA design, visual hierarchy, and conversion principles.
- Ability to analyze creative performance data and optimize designs for better results.
- Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
