Your Craft计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历
3~7年工作年限, 区块链、分布式等领域的设计开发经验，在密码学、区块链等领域有丰富经验，熟悉blockchain主流平台及核心算法
基础知识扎实，精通操作系统，算法、数据结构，网络编程等技术，能快速进行POC开发论证
熟练掌握Go编程语言，熟悉常用框架，以及常用的存储技术及中间件，Mysql/Redis/Kafka等，有容器及K8S相关经验优先
精通智能合约Solidity，有相关开发经验优先
对区块链开源项目（Ethereum、Cosmos、Optimism...）有开发经验的优先
熟悉零知识证明算法和zkEVM项目的优先
能快速阅读英文论文与资料，有较强的研究能力和自我驱动力
