We are a U.S.-based, early-stage golf competition platform launching a pilot season in Indiana.
Our platform allows users to purchase entry credits to participate in skill-based golf challenges, with cash prizes awarded based strictly on measured performance (no elements of chance).
We are seeking a Fractional Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to assist with building and overseeing our compliance framework as we onboard a high-risk payment processor.
This is not a full-time position. We are looking for an experienced compliance professional available on an hourly basis as needed (no salary, no retainer).
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Must have experience with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies & KYC protocols.
Advise on regulatory positioning for skill-based competitions
Periodic review and oversight of compliance program
Requirements:
Experience with gaming, iGaming, DFS, sweepstakes, or skill-based competitions strongly preferred
Experience with gaming compliance in Indiana or other U.S. states
Fintech or payments background
Engagement Structure:
Hourly contract
Ongoing support as needed (low monthly hours expected)
