What You’ll DoBuild end-to-end software to solve high-impact, real-world problems
Work directly with customers to understand use cases and deploy fast
Travel 25–50% to customer sites
Prototype new modules and integrate them into messy ERP environments
Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers and operators
Build fast and debug faster
Are equally comfortable pair-programming or sitting in a warehouse interviewing users
Prefer working from first principles over implementing Jira tickets
