Job Title: Foam Room Operator
Pay: $16.95 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Foam Room Operator, you'll play a vital role in the production process, ensuring foam and corrugated products are cut, glued, and prepared for shipment with precision. You'll work closely with the production team to maintain high standards, support continuous improvement, and develop your skills in a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere.What You'll Do
• Follow detailed written instructions to:
• Operate heat irons, glue guns, and heat guns
• Cut, glue, and assemble foam and corrugated cardboard products
• Stack finished pallets accurately
• Wrap pallets securely with shrink wrap and prep for shipment
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety protocols
• Work consistently and with attention to detail to support product quality and workflow efficiency
What You'll Bring
• No prior experience required - willingness to learn and retain job knowledge
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Physical ability to:
• Handle materials
• Operate heat and glue guns
• Stand for the duration of the shift
