You’ll leverage your management, sales, and operational skills to build a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional member experience, and grow your local presence — all while receiving full training, marketing support, and ongoing business coaching.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of studio operations, staffing, and performance
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive membership growth
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on member satisfaction
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and growth targets
• Engage with the community to promote wellness and brand awareness
Training & Support
• Full onboarding and operational training — no prior fitness background required
• Marketing, technology, and back-office systems provided
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced fitness business leaders
• Peer network of other successful operators nationwide
Ideal Background
• 5+ years of management, sales, or executive experience
• Proven leadership and people-development skills
• Strong communication, business acumen, and results orientation
