In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll build lasting relationships by delivering expert installation, training, and technical support for our innovative diagnostic solutions. Whether you're known as the go-to troubleshooter or simply love solving problems and empowering others, you’ll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and clinical success.
A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another Science discipline
3+ years' experience in a scientific field, including sales or veterinary nursing.
A certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
Ability to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
Ability to conduct training and share knowledge and be able to adjust training techniques for varied audiences
Good problem-solving and research skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
Knowledge of diseases and veterinary medicine, and/or an understanding of a veterinary clinic workflow
Account management or territory planning experience is beneficial.
Requires up to 85% travel for the role including interstate and regional travel.
