Are you mechanically skilled and ready to make a real impact in the food industry? As a Field Service Engineer at JBT Marel, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers across Central Europe, with a focus on maintaining and optimizing our advanced poultry processing equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll provide critical hands-on support to customers, helping them keep their poultry production lines running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing JBT Marel poultry equipment at customer sites.
• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Promoting and selling spare and wear parts.
• Managing and renewing maintenance contracts.
• Providing on-site training and technical guidance to customers.
• Resolving equipment issues professionally and efficiently.
• Monitoring market activity and sharing relevant insights with the team.

What We’re Looking For

You’re hands-on, service-minded, and passionate about solving technical challenges. You have:

• A degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (or similar technical background).
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a comparable field role.
• Familiarity with industrial or food processing equipment (poultry industry experience is a plus).
• Fluency in English; Hungarian is a strong asset.
• A flexible, travel-ready mindset.
• A valid EU driver’s license.
