- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate through multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 or 11

Training Requirements
As a new member of our team, you will be required to complete a comprehensive training program, which includes:
- 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm
- 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm
- Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
