Our mission is to deliver inspirations that help customers enjoy, enhance, and celebrate life. **The Opportunity** As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, resolving their issues, and providing personalized experiences. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and headset, and will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound customer calls and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner * Offer additional products and services to customers to enhance their shopping experience * Assist customers with questions and concerns, while personalizing the experience for each caller * Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data as needed * Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge **What You Bring** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate unique situations * Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers * Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a quiet, distraction-free environment * Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and work with IT as needed * Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting rate of $15.00/hour * Additional $1.00/hour for hours worked 6pm-6am * Additional $1.00/hour for hours worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday * Comprehensive Total Rewards package, including competitive compensation, health care benefits starting on day 1, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, company discounts, and more **System Requirements** * Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old * Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset) * High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option) * Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings **Training and Development** * 8-week training program, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm ET * Ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge * Opportunities for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex family of brands **Work Schedule** * Work a set part-time schedule of 20 hours per week * Work schedules are not Monday - Friday, with 5-day work schedules, working 4-hour set shifts * Set schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off **Application Process** * Complete application * Complete skills assessment on mobile device or computer * Self-schedule interview * Complete interview * Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time **Join the arenaflex Team** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
