About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats
- Answer inbound calls, resolve customer complaints, and provide solutions to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Use your home computer and internet connection to remotely access our systems and provide support to clients
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexible hours and the opportunity to choose your own schedule
- Participate in training and certification programs to develop your skills and knowledge
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction and productivity metrics
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Essential Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
- A home office setting with a computer, internet connection, and headset
- High level of professionalism and phone etiquette
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

- Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
- Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum

- RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
- Home office set up with an ethernet cord and a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
