We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Customer Service Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in helping people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our members. At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you will be required to complete a mandatory 4-week paid training program, with 100% attendance. The training program will be held Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, and will cover a range of topics, including customer service skills, HIPAA requirements, and navigation of our systems and applications.
At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay rate of $14.50 per hour. This is a W2 (employee) position, with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid training, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you will be eligible for all mandatory events, including orientation, training, and nesting, and will be paid for your time.
