Key Responsibilities

- Aid in the onboarding process for new team members and internal movements, providing business guidance, call monitoring, equipment support, and access to necessary tools and resources
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including travel arrangements, calendar management, expense reporting, and coordination of meetings and follow-ups
- Manage schedule activities, coordinate conferences, and oversee logistical arrangements, including technical support, venue booking, catering services, and meeting materials
- Assist with key HR reporting and complex presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Offer additional support to senior leaders with administrative tasks, contract signature process management, and reviews and administration systems access for channels
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a large organization
- Proven experience in interacting with senior leaders and providing exceptional support
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills to maintain effective professional relationships across all areas of the organization
