You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to improve immunization rates. You will also provide education and resources to our customers on our vaccines and their benefits, as well as support them in navigating the complex healthcare landscape. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide clinical information and education to healthcare providers and systems on our vaccines and their benefits * Develop and execute strategies to improve immunization rates among our customers' patients * Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to address their challenges * Provide support and resources to our customers to help them navigate the complex healthcare landscape * Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies * Analyze data and metrics to assess progress against our goals and develop strategies to improve performance * Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders * Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific research and developments in the field of vaccines and immunization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g. biology, chemistry, public health, nursing) * 0-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry * Strong background in scientific knowledge and understanding of vaccines and immunization * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Valid driver's license * Ability to travel within the territory to meet with customers in-person and for national sales meetings, conferences, and events **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working in a technical/scientific field or healthcare environment * Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience * Experience developing and executing a plan for engaging customers and meeting customer needs * Understanding of marketing and sales operations * Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives * Vaccines experience **Work Environment and Culture** * This is a field-based sales position that requires frequent travel within the territory to meet with customers in-person and for national sales meetings, conferences, and events. * The ideal location to reside is within the Tacoma, Washington territory and surrounding area. * Travel requirements are approximately 10% of the time. * arenaflex is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, and we encourage applications from diverse candidates. * We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including bonus eligibility, long-term incentive, health care and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. **Compensation and Benefits** * Expected US salary range: $77,700.00 - $122,300.00 * Bonus eligibility and long-term incentive * Health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family) * Retirement benefits * Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are passionate about making a difference in public health and have a strong background in sales, customer engagement, and scientific knowledge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
