Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, your primary focus will be on creating compelling experiences for users of a product, utilizing results from user research and workflow analysis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
- Lending support to other team members as needed, including QA, data entry, production updates, and resizing of graphics, to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
- Collaborating with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives, bringing your UX expertise to the table to drive innovative solutions.
- Creating essential tools like personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes to guide the design process and ensure that user needs are met.

- Working closely with business users and a team of application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring that the final product meets business objectives and user needs.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and usability.
- Proven experience in User Experience Research (UX Research), with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong UX/UI Design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and other UX artifacts.
- Familiarity with QA Testing and Web Accessibility, including tools like Lighthouse and Google Accessibility Developer Tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in prototype/mockup software, such as Sketch, Balsamiq, or Zeplin.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- At least 2+ years of experience within the digital design/UX industry, with a strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
