We are looking for an experienced truck dispatcher to manage load sourcing, booking, and broker communication for a 26’ box truck (straight truck) operating interstate.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently booking profitable loads that meet our rate floor ($1.65+ CPM all miles)
Maintaining low deadhead (under 10%)
Clear, timely communication with brokers and drivers
Organized handling of rate confirmations and load details
Weekly reporting on miles, CPM, and gross revenue
Skills Required
Proven experience dispatching U.S. box trucks or Class A trucks
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Confident rate negotiation with U.S. brokers
Experience using DAT and/or Truckstop
Understanding of CPM, margins, and cost control
Ability to work independently and follow structured SOPs
How We Work
We operate with clear rules, SOPs, and rate standards
Profitability is prioritized over “keeping the truck moving”
No micromanagement, but accountability is expected
Dispatcher must ask before booking anything below the rate floor
We value honesty, responsiveness, and problem-solving
Communication Expectations
Daily updates on available loads and booked freight
Immediate notification of any issues or delays
Weekly performance summary (miles, CPM, gross, deadhead)
Professional communication with brokers at all times

We are building a long-term, professional relationship and are looking for someone who treats dispatching as a business role, not just a task.
