Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative TikTok Content Creator to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a TikTok Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating unique and engaging content for our clients' TikTok accounts. You will report to the Senior Content Creator and work closely with our team to brainstorm and create inventive TikTok content that drives engagement and leverages new formats across both clients and new business pitches.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and create inventive TikTok content that moves engagement and leverages new formats across both clients and new business pitches
• Provide guidance on TikTok-specific requirements and social assets
• Succeed in both an independent work style and a collaborative environment with our teammates and clients
• Occasionally visit our client's office for productions and meetings
• Engage with comments and comment on other content relevant to the brand on the platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives
• Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our clients' target audiences

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience creating engaging content on TikTok
• Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience in a relevant field will also be considered
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, and their respective audiences
• Excellent communication, writing, and video production skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
