Job Overview

We are excited to offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $20, along with opportunities for increases up to $21 per hour based on your schedule and performance within the first several months of joining our team. As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers, assisting them to the best of your ability, and providing technical support to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

You must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for use in conducting a national criminal records search and a Virginia criminal history search, and final certification approval from DCJS.
