The Operations & Analytics team at arenaflex is responsible for supporting our Customer teams by driving global consistency and excellence through analytical insights and operational rigor. As a Data Analyst on this team, you will partner daily with Integrity Policy & Operations and Customer Success leadership to identify actionable insights and drive business decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on our customer experience and business growth, and you will play a critical role in helping us optimize decisions and improve quality and scale.
As a SQL Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will utilize your analytical skills and expertise in SQL to identify strategic and tactical insights that drive business decisions. You will regularly present your findings to business leaders and executive management, and your work will help optimize decisions by building deliverables that facilitate timely and responsive action. Your responsibilities will include measuring the impact of program changes, conducting analyses to proactively uncover opportunities for improvement, and working with stakeholders to automate analysis and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, Excel, and Tableau (or equivalent software). You should also have familiarity with integrity operations and customer success metrics, as well as proven analytical and quantitative skills. The ideal candidate is a business analyst who loves challenges and succeeds at juggling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
