About the Opportunity
We're seeking highly skilled English speakers in Latin America to join our team as Social Media Chat Sales Representatives. As a Chat Assassin at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and earn a stable income in $USD, allowing you to provide for your family and achieve financial stability. Our company is dedicated to helping you grow professionally and personally, with a focus on sales, leadership, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote coaching programs.
- Work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage your daily tasks, including:
- 2 hours of initiating new conversations.
- 2 hours of follow-ups with potential clients.
- 2 hours of organic account growth.
- 1 hour 30 minutes of responding to active leads and closing sales.
- 30 minutes of management and daily communication tasks.
- Collaborate with our teams to sell coaching programs for our clients, speaking on their behalf on social media platforms.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English proficiency.
- A fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone.
- A stable internet connection.
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and 2 hours on weekends).
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil.
- A high level of commitment to learning, making money, and working in a fast-paced environment with daily challenges.
No prior experience is required, but you must be confident in your English skills and willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

- A training stage salary of $150-$300.
- An hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses, with average earnings ranging from $600-$1,200 per month, and top performers earning up to $3,000+ per month.
