In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and utilize your technical skills in tools such as Scene, Alteryx, and Power BI to drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise in data analysis and communication will enable you to effectively "tell the story" of our data, providing insights that inform strategic decisions across various dimensions. You will be working with diverse datasets, including financial, workforce, product safety, delivery, and more. As a self-starter with a strong desire to make an impact, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that support our senior leaders in making critical decisions about priorities and projects within the Technology division.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. You should also have high-level knowledge of technical environments and software development approaches. Additionally, you should be skilled in effective partnering, communication, and negotiation when working with different teams and external partners.
While not required, it is preferred that you have experience working in a remote environment and are familiar with tools such as Scene, Alteryx, and Power BI. You should also be able to analyze large, complex, or unknown business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into suitable solution proposals.
