As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Healthcare Security and Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security and compliance programs that meet the highest standards of excellence. You will work closely with our Product Security team, Service teams, Pharmacy Operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services are compliant with our security and privacy policies and regulatory requirements. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that our customers' trust is maintained.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Healthcare Security and Compliance, your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and challenging. You will contribute to key Product Security initiatives, coordinate and simplify processes, and maintain high collaboration and trust with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise and influence will extend across the HealthSec organization, and you will play a critical role in driving process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that our customers' trust is maintained.
The HealthSec ProdSec team is a highly engaged Embedded Security Team that helps our build teams deliver secure software. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
