We are now seeking an experienced Senior Provider Customer Success Manager – Acute & Payer to join our team, preferably located in California or based on the West Coast, with the option to work remotely.

About the Role

As a Senior Provider Customer Success Manager – Acute & Payer at blithequark, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing value-added solutions and ensuring a deep knowledge of their business. You will possess acute domain knowledge as well as a strong understanding of how Provider Organizations, Hospital Systems, or Health plans operate, facilitating an optimal Customer Success Manager-customer partnership. Clinical delivery or applications experience is a bonus, and we encourage candidates with a strong passion for healthcare technology to apply.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Travel Requirements

This role requires approximately 30% travel, with a territory based in California and occasional travel to our headquarters in Toronto, Canada. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $111,000 - $120,000 (Exempt) + bonus + benefits, with individual compensation determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience, and/or work location.
