What to Expect: Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager - Customer Success at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as a strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies
- Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using our platform
- Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
- Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team
Requirements: Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
- Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects
- Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out: Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a highly competitive candidate:
- At least 5 years of SaaS experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer
- Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
