Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Product Management for Customer Experience will be responsible for leading the strategy to deliver quality products that add value to our customers and stakeholders. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Strategy & Planning (40%): Looks across product teams and feature sets with a focus on alignment and dependencies, sets the overall product vision and strategies, applies domain expertise to provide thought leadership, and collaborates across the enterprise to create alignment between products.
- Delivery & Execution (30%): Drives product development, reviews performance, directs work efforts of product teams, resolves issues, and provides guidance on design of products while balancing dependencies and integration with other products across the enterprise.
- People (30%): Provides leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers, attracts, retains, and develops top talent, conducts annual and mid-year reviews, and fosters collaboration with team members to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
