Job Overview

In this role, you will work as a functional support expert, helping to build, manage, and collaborate with a diverse community of local service professionals across multiple trades. Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers and trade professionals on how to join and utilize the platform operated by Ace Reference. You will also facilitate the onboarding process for service professionals, ensuring they have all the necessary trade licenses required by Ace Reference and understand the guidelines expected of Ace Reference Specialist providers. Additionally, you will work closely with customers to resolve issues that may arise during the course of a project.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably with Ace Reference or a similar organization. You must be 18 years old or older and legally authorized to work in the US. A Senior Home Service Coordinator should have cross-functional knowledge of Ace Reference systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
