About the Role
We are recruiting a highly skilled and motivated Senior GL Bookkeeper who will work closely with our existing team to drive process improvements and ensure accurate reporting of working costs. As a key member of our Bookkeeping team, you will report to our Senior Accounting Supervisor and play a vital role in achieving our business objectives. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
- Be a key owner of the monthly close process for our company and foreign entities for explicitly assigned functional areas
- Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies
- Assist with providing forecasts to external auditors on annual audits and quarterly reviews
- Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
- Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to further our process improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, SOX/internal controls
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification is a plus
- Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
- Excellent communication, oral, and written interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and time management skills
