Key Responsibilities
- Lead the demand planning process for assigned business lines, ensuring that our forecasting models are accurate and effective
- Foster collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs across various teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, AI, and Workforce Management
- Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and automation, and implement data-driven process enhancements to enhance existing workflows
- Simplify and scale our current planning process to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, and engineers, to ensure that our forecasting models are integrated with business requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
- Demonstrated capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel
