We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Telecom department. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for following up with customers and pre-qualified leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. **Key Responsibilities**
* Follow up with customers and pre-qualified leads to acquire new internet accounts
* Assist with the installation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
* Manage a daily customer list and report to the office once a day
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
**Work Schedule**
We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from two options:
* **5-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Friday, with two shift options:
+ 3pm to 9pm
+ 10am to 4pm
* **6-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Saturday, with two shift options:
+ 4pm to 9pm
+ 10am to 3pm

**Work Environment**
Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a retail setting, interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner. We're not a call center environment, so you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers in person and build strong relationships.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
* Fluency in another language (required)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
