As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for following up with customers and pre-qualified leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Follow up with customers and pre-qualified leads to acquire new internet accounts * Assist with the installation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers * Manage a daily customer list and report to the office once a day * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers **Work Schedule** We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from two options: * **5-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Friday, with two shift options: + 3pm to 9pm + 10am to 4pm * **6-Day Schedule**: Work Monday through Saturday, with two shift options: + 4pm to 9pm + 10am to 3pm We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, so we're happy to accommodate different hours. Simply speak to one of our managers to discuss your needs. **Work Environment** Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a retail setting, interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
