About the Role: Retail Resource Security Program Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our Retail Resource Security Program as a Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of security protocols, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Your expertise in retail resource security, data analysis, and project management will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic plans to drive business growth, improve client experiences, and enhance security protocols
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations, corporate, and security, to resolve safety and security-related issues
- Oversee the development and implementation of security protocols, procedures, and training programs
- Manage and maintain confidential information, ensuring the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders, including store and field leadership teams, on security, risk, and stock accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail resource security or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as GBQ, Looker, and MS Office
- Experience with inventory management, data analysis, and financial controls
- Knowledge of access control systems and CCTV systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences
