**Job Summary:**
We're looking for an experienced Retail Department Coordinator - Customer Service to join our team at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities:**
As a Retail Department Coordinator - Customer Service, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' shopping experience. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:
* **Create a positive internal and external customer experience**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and it's up to you to make sure that every customer leaves our store feeling valued, satisfied, and eager to return.
* **Promote a culture of honesty and integrity**: You'll be a role model for our team members, and it's essential that you maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity in everything you do.
* **Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles**: You'll be responsible for teaching our team members the skills they need to provide exceptional customer service, and you'll be expected to lead by example.
* **Assign registers, support, and respond to POS coverage needs**: You'll be the go-to person for all things related to point-of-sale, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that our registers are always fully staffed and running smoothly.
* **Address customer concerns and issues promptly**: You'll be the customer's first point of contact, and it's up to you to resolve any issues they may have in a fair, friendly, and professional manner.
* **Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan**: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our team members are always working towards our store's goals and objectives.
* **Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates**: You'll be the liaison between our management team and our Associates, and it's essential that you communicate clearly and effectively to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
* **Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback**: You'll be responsible for recognizing and rewarding our team members for their hard work and achievements, and you'll also be expected to provide constructive feedback to help them grow and develop.
* **Partner with Management on Associate training needs**: You'll work closely with our management team to identify training needs and develop plans to address them.
* **Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures**: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our team members are always compliant with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
* **Promote credit and loyalty programs**: You'll be responsible for promoting our credit and loyalty programs to our customers and encouraging them to sign up.
* **Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs**: You'll be part of our team's efforts to reduce shrinkage and protect our assets.
* **Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment**: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our store is always a safe and healthy place to work and shop.
* **Other duties as assigned**: As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to pitch in and help out with any tasks or projects that are assigned to you.

* **1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience**: You'll need to have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience to be considered for this role.
