Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for consistently delivering a positive customer experience, utilizing your consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs and provide tailored solutions
- Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
- Manage the production queue and output, ensuring timely and efficient completion of customer orders
- Coordinate activities in the Store, including managing complex projects, retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Participate in the training and development of new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a high level of customer service
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as a minimum of 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. You will also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services, with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions to customers
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, with the ability to process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
