Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling Engineer Visits: Analyze customer needs and schedule engineer visits accordingly, prioritizing vulnerable/elderly customers and emergency appointments.
- Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date customer records and other relevant information.
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Service: Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Invoicing and Quotations: Create invoices and quotes as required, updating customer notes and records accordingly.
- Parts Ordering: Order parts for return visits when necessary, ensuring that engineers have the necessary materials to complete their work.
- Flexible Working: Be available to work full-time hours when needed to cover staff holidays and sickness, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.
- Other Office Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of our business.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
