About the Role: Experienced Remote Recruiter
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Recruiter with Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to build your own book of business and run a full life cycle recruiting desk, working with a diverse range of clients and candidates across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new clients and candidates through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach
- Utilize our state-of-the-art technology systems to source top talent and deliver exceptional recruitment services to clients
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for clients and candidates
- Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms on behalf of clients and candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client and candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and techniques
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience
- A college degree (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- A strong desire to build a career in recruitment and make a meaningful impact on people's lives
- Resourcefulness, with the ability to research and analyze information to drive business results
- Proficiency in writing professional emails, creating engaging job ads, and developing effective recruitment strategies
