The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside our current part-time bookkeeper during their working hours (1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday). Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings with precision and attention to detail.
• Administrative Support: Assist with insurance renewals, manage new employee documentation, and perform various administrative tasks as required.
• Invoicing and Record Keeping: Oversee invoicing for factory-direct shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial record-keeping.
